The response can be obtained by applying this filter in GA4:
✔ Dimensions: Page referent, Session source/media
✔ Metrics: Sessions
✔ Filter: Page referrer maches regex
^https:\/\/(www\.meta\.ai|www\.perplexity\.ai|chat\.openai\.com|claude\.ai|chat\.mistral\.ai|gemini\.google\.com|bard\.google\.com|chatgpt\.com|copilot\.microsoft\.com)(\/.*)?$

(?i)^.(chatgpt|openai|perplexity|claude.ai|anthropic|gemini.google|bard.google|copilot.microsoft|deepseek|grok.com|x.ai|meta.ai|mistral|you.com|phind|poe.com).$
Applying this setting in GA4 to a high-traffic website resulted in the report you see in the screenshot, but the value of traffic from AI was 0.00001% of the total traffic.

📈 It is also interesting to observe the attribution channel, however this is negligible to date, but may increase in impact in the future.
