If you use one or more of our add-ons or Google Data Studio connectors. We don’t view your data, save your data or sent your data to other parties. We only track who is using our tools (for this purpose we use your email address) and for which accounts it is used.
We need this data because of our agreement with you and to contact you about the usage of our tools, about the status of your trial or about your subscription. We store this information for six months after our services to you have ended.

GA4 Magic Audit use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Spreadsheet add-on uses the following scopes:

For the user to see and download Google Analytics data to his Spreadsheet
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics
For the user to be able to view and manage his Google Analytics data
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.edit
For the user to edit his Google Analytics management entities
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.manage.users
Manage Google Analytics Account users by email address, to check whether the user has sufficient privileges to pull data from Google Analytics
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
For the user to read data from Google Analytics and write them to his Spreadsheet
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui
For the user to show add-on menu and sidebar in his Spreadsheet
The Google Sheets scopes are needed to ensure that new sheets are created within the Spreadsheet where the Google Analytics 4 settings information from the requested property will be written.
The scopes relating to Google Analytics are necessary for reading the settings of the Admin area and those of the Data to provide you information on whether traffic has arrived or not to the Google Analytics 4 properties.
